Most divers only see Belize during the day.
That’s only half the ocean.
At night, everything changes. The reef doesn’t slow down — it comes alive in a completely different way.
This is a guided night dive just minutes from shore, designed to be controlled, calm, and focused on observation. You’re not covering distance. You’re slowing down and seeing what most people miss.
Most night dives feel rushed or uncomfortable for newer divers. We run this differently.
Short boat ride — no long travel in the dark. Calm entry and exit. A controlled pace underwater. Focus on what’s happening, not how fast you move.
You’ll drop into a reef you may have already seen during the day — but it won’t feel the same.
Expect nocturnal hunters actively feeding, octopus and eels out in the open, coral behavior you don’t see during daylight, and bioluminescence lighting up around your movement.
Every light beam reveals something new. And the quiet? That’s part of it.
Maximum depth is around 30ft / 10m, making this ideal for divers comfortable in the water who want a slower, more immersive dive with high interaction. Not recommended for complete beginners — you should have at least a few daytime dives under your belt.
Departs: 5–6 PM depending on time of year · Returns: 8–9 PM

The Dive — ~45–60 minutes underwater. Slow pace, torches on, moving through the reef and letting the nocturnal life come to you. Your guide points out what’s active — octopus, eels, crabs, feeding fish, bioluminescence.
Back at dock — gear rinse, debrief, done.
Runs with 3–10 divers max to keep the group small and the experience quality high.
